This is only my 4th ever car so I don't have loads of experience and this is the newest car I've ever bought. The salesman was very helpful in explaining everything and showing me the car. The Mercedes was gleaming clean and well detailed, there was no way I wasn't buying it. A simple and quick transaction and the deal was done. I've been really pleased with the car and what it can do and don't think I'll be changing for a long time!

My journey buying my car was hassle free from start to finish. I dealt with a gentleman called Lee Wadsworth, the car was as described, he was very helpful and assisted me through any queries I had. As soon as I sent an email or called it was dealt with straightaway. I was kept in the loop the whole time and the turnaround was great. I never felt under pressure to purchase the car and he was very honest in what he said. I was even called the next day to check I was happy with the car.

This garage is absolutely incredible. they have been amazing and such a great help during the purchase of my car. On the test drive it was my first time driving an automatic and the salesman was so patient and helpful. He walked me through how everything worked, he knew everything about the car! When buying a second hand car there is always the usual concerns; car's condition mechanically and cosmetically, the dealership and how genuine, value for money etc. It's usually quite a stressful time. However, thanks to Quality Part X my mind was rest, and I was reassured throughout the purchase. The team were so helpful and accommodating and provided upfront the details and history of the car. My Hyundai looks brand new, and is in top condition! It drives like a dream and I believe is extremely good for what we paid.
