Efficient high level of customer service.

Enjoying the Porsche Taycan, the salesman was very nice and made it a smooth process.

It’s my first electric car, so there are quite a few things I’ve had to look up to get used to it, but I’m really happy with it and had a charger fitted today. The buying experience was fine and really quick. I actually got everything sorted within a couple of hours, which was impressive. They had a wide selection of cars, it is a bit of a distance from me in Liverpool, although if they had a performance again that I wanted, I would return.

I’ve been getting on great with my BMW 4 Series, everything’s going really well, and I’m really pleased with it. I’ve always liked BMWs, having had a 1 Series before, Junction 17 was great as well. I dealt with Toby and Brad, I’d definitely come back again and would recommend them too.

I purchased a Mazda MX-5 from Junction 17 and it’s been great, I’m really enjoying it. With the weather as well, it’s been ideal and I’ve had no problems at all. Everything seems fine with the vehicle. At the dealership, they were very friendly and very helpful. I didn’t have any issues, and everything went through fine. I bought the car with cash, and the whole process was straightforward. I’m very pleased with the service and the vehicle itself.

The young lad I dealt with was bob on, he helped me out. What stood out with the BMW X5 was the cream interior, I really liked it. Whilst I was buying the car. I haven’t been driving it much at the minute due to insurance, but from what I’ve seen so far, I'm happy with it.
