I traded my car in with them after seeing them online on Autotrader. On my first visit the car wasn’t ready so they knocked the admin fee off and we got it a little cheaper. I collected it a few days later, the car was sound. Three stars due to the delay.

I’m still waiting for a few bits to arrive but I've contacted the dealership so will chase it up but everything else is ok. I found them online and they had the car I was looking for. The staff were perfect, Joseph was really great, outstanding service.

Roadster had the vehicle I was after and the process was good at the dealership. Joseph was a lovely guy, very helpful, a good guy. I would recommend them

Fine with the vehicle but the service wasn’t great. We had problems but we persevered with them. Roadster felt more professional in their set up than the previous dealerships we had been to and had more choice. We had to sign the paperwork before we test drove which I've never encountered before but the owner is very easy to talk to, he won us round more than anything. He is very amiable, can't help but warm to him.

All good with the Ranger. I saw it online and it was the spec and the kit I wanted so went over to see it and ended up taking it away the same day. Staff were good, it was a pretty quick process apart from the struggle getting the car out as they have quite a lot of them but I did just turn up and they bought me a sandwich whilst I waited. Harry was sound, straight to the point and efficient.

I saw the car on Autotrader. Everything went really well at the dealership. The car wasn’t ready for me to test drive on the day as there was a lot of cars so I went back a week later to test drive. Paul was really helpful. I had loads of warranty questions and stuff like that and he was a nice bloke who couldn’t have helped any more.

I was specifically looking for a pick up and this dealership appealed. Joseph sent me a video of the back of the car so I could see the load space but the history was good so suspected it was a good enough vehicle. They put a plastic add on they put on the bonnet with sticky back plastic and there’s gaps but other than that the car’s running fine. I never went to the dealership so there was a fair degree of trust. Communication was good, quick emails, pretty easy going. If the answer is yes we can then that’s a good sign of a good company. I would use again.

Experience was good. Super nice, easy going. I saw it online and my family checked it out as they live close. I went down a week later and the car was as described but It did smell like a smokers car so would have liked abit more detail about that hence the score. However, I would recommend

Everything’s fine. no problems with the Ranger. Harry was fine. He went through a lot of different vehicles as there was a good selection. I got extra on the trade in and all sorted in one day, delivered a day or two after which was a bonus. It arrived spotless.
