It would have been a 5, however it turns out that the dealership had topped up my oil by a litre too much. I had to sort this out myself and remove about a litre of oil from the engine. Apart from that, I found the service to be good. The car is lovely, has no issues, and I thought it was very reasonably priced.

First time using Windmill Autos. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend them and use them again. The staff were lovely and made it an enjoyable process. I haven’t used the vehicle I got very much yet, but everything seems fine with it. There was no pressure or feeling rushed into the purchase while at the dealership. Sam, who helped, was great from start to finish.

I’d give a 5 because I didn’t have any issues. It was a very quick service, I wasn’t messed about, and it was all just straightforward. The car was valeted spotlessly, and I’ve been enjoying it ever since.

Great flexibility at Windmill Autos, it was great they they are open on a sunday as that was the only day I was available. I was never rushed into the sale it was a nice and easy transaction. Andy was so great, he couldn't have been more helpful. I am still so happy with my new BMW so thank you :)

Lovely experience at Windmill autos, we felt looked after and accommodated to. It was a quick transaction and I found it to be a easier process than buying cars from other dealerships. I am pleased with my car, I am having an issue with the aircon not working, however I would still give a 5 out of 5 stars.

So far everything is okay, I do have one issue I am keeping my eye on for now, but apart from that I am very pleased. The customer service was simple, yet quick. Andy was helpful. The car was valetted before I left with it, I had no issues in regards to the service.

We would give windmill autos a 5. We received excellent service from Andy. No pushy salesman technique just plain straight forward information and advice. Follow up care cannot be faulted. Our minor issues where listened too and addressed promptly. So happy with our new car and the buying experience was stressless and positive. Good service deserves acknowledgement
