I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. FALSE PROMISES AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased an Audi A4 last year October 2021 from Windmill Autos. Unfortunately, noticed a series of faults the same day I took the car from the dealership. I immediately called Windmill Autos and reported these faults. I was assured that the said faults will be repaired by thier garage (on site). Subsequently, an appointment was made to bring the car to thier garage in November 2021 for the repairs. I drove to the garage (about 100miles to Sandy) as per arranged. We also agreed to leave the car at the garage for a week for the diagnostics and repairs. On the day I was suppose to collect my car, I called the dealership to confirm collection as agreed. The customer service representative confirmed that the works on the car was done and happy for the car to be collected. Shortly after, I received another call informing me that unfortunately my car wasn't ready for collection as previously informed. Subsequently, I received further hostile and aggressive phone calls from Windmill Autos that I was not allowed at the dealership. In total, I received about 8 threantings calls consecutively from the staff at this dealership. Interestingly, I later learnt that the access to move my car out from the garage was obstructed by another car that was been worked. The dealership could have been honest with me and not engage in such mischievous attitude and process to obstruct me from getting my car. Following this stressful incidents to get my car back, Windmill Autos told me that they will have to purchase some parts for the repairs therefore, I will be contacted when the parts arrive. The dealership telephoned me on th 7th December 2021 to apologise for the unprofessional behaviour of the staff and also my poor experience, its been (4) four months since Windmill Autos said it will contact me to rearrange the repairs once the new part is received by the garage. Still counting and waiting. I have reported this matter to the approriate authorities for advice and also the appropriate action. My experience with Windmill Autos is utterly disappointing, shameful, poor and tragic. I hope lessons will be learnt from my experience, please take your money elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE,THE BUYING PROCESS WAS FAIR AND DELIVERY ALTHOUGH SLOW DUE THE PANDEMIC WAS GOOD THEN IT ALL WENT WRONG. THE CAR WAS FOUND TO BE FULL OF OLD DIRTY SMELLY WATER IN THE SPARE WHEEL WELL AND HAD AN OBVIOUS MAJOR ISSUE BUT FURTHER CONTACT WITH WINDMILL WAS TOTALLY IGNORED AND ALAS EVEN IF THE LAST DEALER ON EARTH I WOULD RATHER WALK THAN BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

Purchase a car in April of this ( 2021) I had my own mechanic to give it a once over he came back with a report that there was a lot of rust underneath and needed brake disc and pads alround. I rang them up to ask if thay was going to put it right, only to be told that my mechanic was a liar and only trying to make money out of me. Thay was not interested I had to pay to put myself to put work right. IF anyone if thinking purchasing a vehicle from this company stay well clear.

Would you like to spend £150 to test drive a vehicle? Then head straight down to Windmill Autos and have the time of your life my good friend! Bunch of jokers - never heard anything like it! We drove over 1 hour to check out a car at this dealership, after checking the vehicle out in the car park, we asked for a test drive - we were then told we must pay a £150 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT due to the "current circumstances" not allowing them to be in the car with us during the test drive (HAHA!). But get this if you were able to find an issue with the car during the test drive ,then you would be refunded (oh how kind of you Windmill Autos!!). Their reasoning was if you were willing to test drive the vehicle, then you were clearly ready to purchase the vehicle immediately and therefore paying a £150 deposit to test drive a vehicle would be no issue at all!!! Not like test driving is a key process of evaluating whether you like a car or anything - of course not!!! After laughing off this delusional proposition by the Windmill Autos staff member, we decided to leave and were pleasantly (and quite angrily) told that they "sell over 30 vehicles a week mate" and "wE dOn'T nEEd CuSTOMers liKE YOU!!!"" Oh I'm truly so sorry we're not a bunch of mug punters willing to pay £150 for a measly test drive - I do apologise Windmill Autos! But we sincerely wish you all the best in the future with your very innovative business model.
