Great experience buying a van from Pickering Motor Company, buying a vehicle is usually a stressful experience, but it was stress-free, hassle-free and just generally a nice experience, Pickering's made it very easy for me to purchase the van, they sorted mostly everything their end, I just had collect it when ready. I'm really happy with the Volkswagen Caddy - it was exactly as described, and nice and clean when I collected. I would happily buy from here again.

Customer service provided by the dealership was absolutely smashing, from start to finish it was quick, easy and a very smooth process. I mainly dealt with Andy, but everybody that I spoke to was kind, helpful and very friendly. I bought a Renault Master and its delightful, a cracking buy. I needed a vehicle to suitable for a wheelchair, I was so happy when I came across a company that specialising in these particular vehicles, it was exactly what we needed. Although Pickering Motor Company is the other end of the country to us, I phoned them up and discussed the details of a Peugeot Expert. The gentleman who handled my enquiry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We spoke for a few days and Andy send me lots of pictures of the van, and I was coming back and forth to him requesting information and details. Not once was this an issue and Andy always came back to me quickly with exactly what I needed. I asked the dealer to send me the full measurements of the van so I could ensure the chair would fit. He did this straight away. Andy spent a lot of time with me and then arranged for the van to be delivered to the other end of the country to me. I literally cannot fault the service provided, although I bought blind and I never met Andy, he understood my needs as a customer and ensured he could fulfil them. When the van arrived, it was exactly as described, exactly what I expected. Andy mentioned a couple of marks that were on the van, and they were the only marks, I went over it with a fine tooth comb, and I can't knock it what so ever. Pickering Motor Company went above and beyond for me, they provided the best customer service I've ever experienced, very accommodating and genuinely helpful. Now I know about the business and trust them as a dealer, I will certainly be buying again when we are ready.

I have covered over 5000 miles since buying my Peugeot Expert, its not an every day vehicle, but when I do use it its long distance journey's and I do cover a fair amount of miles monthly. The Expert is running great, its going really well. No problems with it at all. When I went down to buy the van, it was simple and easy. I was in and out within good time, no messing. Pickering Motor Company got everything sorted really quickly and I was on my way. Highly recommend the dealership. They will get you what you need, and no waste any time doing so! Customer service levels are the highest I've experience in a long time.

My wife and I were on the hunt for a vehicle suitable for our daughter, we came across Pickering Motor Company and read that they specialise in Motability vehicles. My Wife went down to see what they had in and the salesman was fantastic with her. He asked her what we need out of the vehicle and she gave him a criteria, he took the time to show my Wife a range of vehicles which suited our needs, I came down to the dealership a little later and my Wife had shortlisted a few. When I arrived the gentleman took the time again to show me round and laid all the details out again, nothing was too much trouble and the guys were extremely informative, they know exactly what they are talking about and have great knowledge of the stock they hold. We purchased a Ford Transit, and its in extremely good condition, its easy to drive and a lot bigger than what we had. Its much more practical. We was treated as valued customers and individuals rather than a sale. Everybody we spoke to was very approachable and easy to talk too.
