My previous car had a lot of issues since I got it and was costing too much monthly, so I resulted to the Nissan Juke. It was a fair travel for me to get to Nuneaton however the customer service was great. The staff were friendly, if I needed anything, they would provide me with it.

My new Honda CRV is fantastic, the most comfortable car I have ever been in! Conor was a lovely lad, dealt with me smoothly, good service on his behalf.

He kept us updated, arranged everything that was needed, and made sure the car was cleaned and ready on time for collection. The service was excellent, and I’m very happy with the car. The Fiat 500 was within budget and I liked the model. It did come with a few problems, but the dealership got that all sorted for me. The communication was mostly good; there was 1 email I sent that I never heard back on but up until that point I had no complaints.

The Volkswagen ID 3 has done exactly what I wanted it to. It is my first electric car, and it has the range that I needed whilst also being very easy to drive. It took me a 3-hour drive to get there but it was worth it, I went there with the mind set I was going to get the right car that was suitable for me and Nuneaton made it happen. Overall, they provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision there and then.

Nuneaton were quick and friendly, got us sorted straight away. It was all good dealing with the staff.
