Everything was great with Ponko. They greeted us with smiles and friendly service. We have had a couple issues with the car alarm but overall, we are happy with the experience we had with them.

I love the fact that Ponko doesn’t come across to you suited and booted, they speak to you in a language that you understand. The service is very honest and genuine; there’s no attempt to try sell something. There was a bit of a delay as the finance didn’t go through the first time, but Adam kept in contact with me the WHOLE time. I’ve used Ponko numerous times and would recommend to anyone. Id also give a shoutout to the guy in the front of house, he supplied us with coffee and hot chocolate, he was amazing!

So far so good. The people were really nice at Ponko and the offices. Adam was always good, I have no complaints with the service. When I come to look for an upgrade for the BMW X1, I will see what Ponko has on offer!

Everyone was really nice and friendly at Ponko, that service pretty much sold the car to me to be honest. The only I had was with the tires however everything else was fine. The dealership kept us up to date which made it a smooth experience.

"Best Corsa for mileage & price! "

The Vauxhall Corsa was a second car for my partner primarily to keep the miles down. It was the best vehicle we could see for the money and mileage around the area. Jack seemed a bit nervous, but he was alright overall.

Ponko were pretty helpful. However, I have to get the alloy wheel replaced. I do think attention to detail regarding previous MOT’s would’ve made the experience better. Futhermore, i would've liked more clarity regarding the warranty's.
