Solid four stars for Ponko

Everything looks perfect with the car and satisfied with the service. Will come visit your showroom in 1st week of May for general service. Would rate the team with 5 star ratings with my overall experience.

Everything with my BMW is running lovely. Haydn was the salesman that looked after me and from start to finish he was great to deal with.

I had to bring my car back shortly after getting it as I had some error lights on but the team were really helpful/quick to get the car in and the issue sorted. Since having the car back the lights haven't shown, so I'm happy with the repairs carried out. On the day of getting the car, I felt that the sales process was quick, easy and I can't complain.

Other than my back tyre leaking air, the car has been all good.

Good communication throughout. Had to travel for several hours to get tonthe showroom. Was worth it as all the information had been given and the car was a good as it appeared on the advert.

James was brilliant to deal with at Ponko, Since having my Ford Mondeo for over a month, I've done a few miles, and it's been great.

Overall I can't complain. James was good to deal with, and so far the van has been running absolutely fine, with no issues.

I'm happy with how Anthony handled everything while I was at Ponko, he was great. I went for the VW Polo and everything is alright, it's been spot on.
