Roadstar Automobiles provide very very good customer service, they are a very good company and I have already recommended to two of my friends.

I've always really admired the Ford Ranger, I really like the aesthetic of the car, the interior especially I really smart, I needed a pick up for our business and the Ford Ranger ticked every box.
I have been driving it daily between projects, I have put on substantial miles already and had not a single issue or cause for concern.
Really happy with the experience in store too, Joseph was excellent on the day.
My only criticism is it doesn't appear details were sent to the DVLA or at least weren't submitted correctly which did cause some delays with taxing the vehicle although, in the grand scheme of things, I have a great car at a great price.

Professional, efficient and personalized service on offer from Roadstar Automobiles, I am very happy with the way Joseph dealt with my inquiry and the car I have is great.
I have had a slight abnormality with the engine noise and I'm not sure if it is just because this is a larger engine than I am used too, speaking to the dealership currently about seeing if this can be investigated under warranty.

I went to Roadstar Automobiles on the hunt for a business van, Joseph was great in showing us the options available.
I settled on a Ford Transit, this has been driven daily and put through its paces by my workers and so far is issue free.
I'm very happy with Roadstar and would fully recommend these!

Excellent service, exceeded our expectations. Obi was jovial and completely understood what we were looking for in a car. With the entertainment system installed, the car arrived the following day as promised. Only downside, manual is on the hard drive so navigating this is a bit of an issue. However Obi is a phone call away and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend Roadstar, they would be my first port of call if I were to consider buying another car.

So, what began as a very pleasant experience is now becoming a little frustrating.
Bought a vehicle from these guys and unfortunately there are a few issues with it. Sadly, following the advice of the sales guy, the emails I’m sending are being unanswered and therefore my issues remain unresolved.
This is review number 1. I’ll continue to leave less positive reviews the longer I’m ignored.

So, still no response from the dealer. Have called and left messages, emailed and left messages via WhatsApp to the sales guy.
Next step is to leave more negative reviews on other review sites.
Terrible shame, this literally could be solved with a little bit of common decency on their part….
