My wife and I have today completed the purchase of our new car from Arnold Clark Edinburgh Seafield Motorstore and could not be happier. The car is great but what really stood out was the brilliant, friendly, helpful and really engaging interactions we have enjoyed with Mhairi. She is super professional, patient, resourceful, consultative and really knows her stuff. She answered all our questions over the past few days and made the whole experience so relaxed. From the first meeting with her we knew that we were buying a car from her it was just about getting the right one.

The salesman at Arnold Clark Seafield, the sales person we got lumbered with had the personality of a rock, I've no idea why he's in sales because he's the opposite of what you want when you go to buy a car. We decided to walk away because of his attitude and take our business elsewhere. He literally turned a very easy sale into a no deal, it was amazing.

I recently bought a new Dacia Sandero Stepway from Arnold Clark at Seafield in Edinburgh. This was a follow up to a similar purchase 4 years ago and I was so satisfied with that car I had little hesitation in going for the same car again - great value for money. I also had no hesitation returning to AC, Seafield as a first stop as the service and support I received previously was very good. The service this time was excellent, if anything a step up, as I introduced some later factors and changes which the sales team took in their stride and ensured a smooth path through to purchase. The salesman (Shaun) was professional, friendly and in particular, helpful and informative throughout - responding to my needs and changes practically and patiently. My new vehicle continues to please me as much as my last one and the support package offered by AC gives me the confidence that the service provided will be as good as previously. Circumstances suggest I may yet be looking for a second family vehicle before the year is out and AC will be my first port of call. As recommendations go, that speaks volumes.

Won’t go back to this garage to purchase a car again. After sales shocking oh yes lovely and friendly when taking your money but after sales all you get is lies, tried contacting the sales man who was on day off and the receptionist said she would call me back wish the information after speaking with the manager guess what no phone call. Phoned again to see what time salesmen get in the show room at 8am so phoned and no answer lies lies lies honestly don’t use this garage.

Bad service would not recommend, years ago i had a fantastic experience buying with this garage this time, i was lied to regards to the condition of the car, knowing the fact i travelled 500 miles. Very disappointed i will never buy from them again. Be aware this garage is not honest regards to selling. Sales team just want to to boost there commission, they don't give a stuff about you as a customer. Stay away there cars are not worth what you pay and they lie to you with rubbish we've all heard a thousand times. Very dishonest never going back.
