Really happy with the whole experience, love my new car.

When a car dealer fits an odd part worn damaged tyre to a car costing £17500 shows very little customer care. The service book was signed, but they did not tick any of the items they serviced or changed. As I'm not local to this place and due to the the negative response I received when I phoned I have had to get the car serviced again and was also advised to replace the odd damaged tyre.This turned out to be very expensive, you may think you are getting a good deal from these people but from my experiance you don't.

Excellent, professional and friendly service from Frank - we found him extremely helpful - drove a long distance to see the car after to speaking to Will on the phone and the car was exactly as advertised. Would definately recommend and would use again. Only just purchased so wouldn't be able to comment on after sales - but keep up the good work!

Picked my new Audi up at the weekend and I couldn't be more happy with the car and service I received!
