This is my 4th Fiat 500, I wanted to change it from my old one which was a convertible as it was a bit of a mither in the winter to cover up. I do have allot of experience with this type of car and this one in particular from Nuneaton has been brilliant - I love it! Lewis the salesman was also brilliant, lovely and would recommend him and Nuneaton without hesitation.

Overall positive experience - I would rate them a 4.5 stars, my only issue is that the car doesn't have a spare key

You won't be too far wrong to check these guys out, they have a good choice of cars and the salesman especially Tim really looked after me. What I found really good was Tim wasn't pushy at all, he found a really good balance of being approachable but informative and knowledgeable about the car, he was telling me everything he needed to without being over bearing.. Really nice bloke! I would buy from these again but would find it helpful if I could have collected the car a little earlier, but I was informed I couldn’t due to a staff meeting. If something can be organised to have someone on the shop floor within this time he would have appreciated it and would have made the experience even better. Everything went well, so I would buy from them again and recommend.

No complaints about Nuneaton. I was buying a car from them due to having a car written off, they were quick to get us back on the road along with being very nice and helpful. The only thing I would say is it was very busily on the day we went for our appointment and ended up been seen later than expected, we had no idea what was going on so the communication from the staff to the customers at that point I would say needs to be improved upon. Even though not everything was perfect, as a whole I don't really have any complaints

I am happy with the general experience so would give them 5 out of 5. Ivan was absolutely fine, I have no issues at all with him, he was helpful and good to work with. As a whole my Discovery is running really well , but I am having a issue with the breaks which I am booking into the service department to get sorted, and the keys seem to be falling apart, I am hoping this is something that they can potentially help me with.

Bought a Peugeot 208 for my daughter from this dealership back in October, we were a after a little upgrade for her and she is loving it since the day we brought it home. In regards to the sales experience I found every step easy. Before heading to Nuneaton from London the salesman sent me a thorough video of the car, which was reassuring but in hindsight I would have liked to have added the lights coming on and all the features working as they should the only reason is that we are having a little issue with the reverse camera on the car, but that said, the video was very detailed and did a 360 view. When I did make the journey on the following Saturday Jack and the team were really good, explained everything to me and I would rate my time there with five stars, would 100% buy from them again based on my experience.

The process was amazing and the staff were lovely made the whole process easy and less stressful.

I would rate my overall experience a 4 out of 5 this is just due to there being a longer turnaround than expected while getting the car. I believe there was some issues which they wanted to get sorted, which I am thankful for. That would be my only critic as I haven't had one issue with the car which I bought back in October. Adam who helped with the majority of the sale was great. He took me through everything, wasn't pushy, just helpful from start to finish.

We did have a little niggle at the start with the part ex valuation, as it was different to what they offered us in house, but once this was aired it was swiftly rectified. The whole team at Nuneaton were very good throughout as well, I was in a bit of rush when I was there as it was a working day for me, they were great in getting everything sorted as quick as possible for me. Really happy with the car.
