After recently passing my driving test a month ago I found a lovely Aygo at Nuneaton. Tristen was helping me on the day I bought it, as it was my first car buying experience he was patient and supportive to guide me through the process. The only thing I would say is that I felt the added extras could have been explained a little more as I think there was a bit of miscommunication regarding different bits and bobs.. But with that said it was still a really good 1st experience and I'm getting on well with the car. When the time comes in the future for a new car ill be sure to check them out.

Car has been really good, had it just over a month now and had no issues so I am very pleased with that. It was Jak and Charlotte who helped me out with the purchase, both great sales people, helpful and when I wasn't too happy with something they were able to come up with a resolution that worked for all of us without any awkwardness, true professionals! The car was also cleaned prior to me leaving with it to a very good standard. If I had to critic I would bring up that my V5C took awhile to come I have only, just recently received it, this was an admin error so that is why I am taking half a point away.

I would rate it. 4. Very pleased and impressed overall with the vehicle and service. The only 2 bits of feedback which stops me from giving it a 5 was the rather long sell for extended warranty and scotch guard etc and also the car didn't have a spare wheel which was expected so we were surprised. However they couldn't have made us more welcome and were superb with my 19 year old.

I have bought many cars from them over the years and will continue to do so, this car was quite exciting for us as we bought as our family is growing with a baby due in the new year, so we needed some more space. Conor the salesman was great with us very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a delay in getting the car, due to it having to go into the workshop which was disappointing, but the staff kept us up to date with everything which we were grateful for, but this has been reflected in my overall rating.

The Sales Team were excellent in explaining everything. The car itself is in good condition. I would recommend Nuneaton Car Sales to my relatives and friends without hesitation.

Very happy with the Mazda I got about 3 weeks ago now, the dealership was really good. Fantastic service, would happily buy from them again. What made them stand out to me was the competitive prices as well as how Professional, and transparent all the staff were. There was no pressure or pushiness it was just a really easy purchase. I have family and friends who are looking to get a car so I will most likely be coming back to Nuneaton with them due to the experience I had being so great.

Car has been all fine since purchase. The customer service off Ivan was fine, didn't have any issues. The only critic I have is that the car needed some paintwork doing and the wait time to get it in the Body Shop was a while. I think there was a few other cars that also needed stuff doing. Ideally this should have been done prior to purchase. However the work has been done well so I am overall pleased.
