Bought from here prior to this purchase, each time it has been fine, I took the car for a test drive this time round, I got long enough to get a feel for the car and decide it was the one for me. I would say that Autocars is now a trusted dealership to me. Customer service was great, car has been great, couldn't complain.

Bought from Autocars a few times now, never had any issues, every time I have been it is Chris that I have dealt with. He is really helpful, friendly and good at what he does. I went for the Kia as I thought it looked nice and comfortable. It was all cleaned and in great condition. Positive experience yet again.

I absolutely love the car I got it is perfect for me. I went for Ford Puma and it is ideal. Rob who I dealt with was really good. I had gone to another couple of garages and as a women by myself I didn't have a good experience with them, Whereas, when I was at Autocars it was so different. I wasn't pressurised I felt welcomed, not intimated and it was relaxed. They gave me the time to go away and think about it, and I didn't call them back when I said I would and they didn't mind at all. I have been letting people know what a great dealership Autocars are and would most definitely give them a 5 star rating.

Autocars is a great company. It was the first time I had used them and everything about them was great. A month or two before getting this car I went to another dealership and it was a nightmare experience, Autocars and the complete opposite to what I have experienced previously. The guys were straight up about everything I have nout but good things to say about them, they are absolutely class. They are a good family run business I could just tell that they cared about me as a customer rather than just trying to get a sale. I did have a bit of a minor issue but I called up and they got me in and sorted straight away I would 100% recommend them. Thank you guys for all your help and service.

Had the vehicle a while and not had any issues. it has been running exactly how it should so I am happy with it. The overall service was great, it was quick they couldn't have done more for me. It was the first time I had used the dealership, I came across them on Autotrader the advert was exact I didn't feel that I was mislead, it was immaculate condition.

The service during my purchase was really good which is to be expected, however within a couple of days there was an obvious problem on drivers side wheel. This was booked in to be looked at but then 6 days after pickup it wouldn't start. Due to christmas period, it took longer to get fixed than normal. The service from Rob and the other guys was excellent. They tried to sort it as quickly as they could but as it happened over christmas it took longer. They did give me a courtesy car while mine was being sorted. Everything seems to be ok with the car now

There was some issues following up after purchase, when I drove the car 70mph + it would rattle like it was going to fall apart. I took it to get the wheels front and back rebalanced which has sorted that issue. and Autocars covered the cost. I did also ended up getting a fully flat trye. My friend was checking mot history out of interest and one of the advisories on the MOT done in September was that there was a flat trye. I did ask before I purchased if all the advisories had been cleared to which I was told yes, however I am now unsure. With all being said everything is now okay with the car and I am pleased with it overall, I just think if they took the time to really check over the car that none of this would have happened and it would have been a 5 star.
