⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing experience at Skoda Southend dealership I visited the dealership today as I am looking to order a new Motability vehicle and was particularly interested in viewing the Skoda Enyaq. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was extremely poor. After explaining that I was a Motability customer and wanted to look at the Enyaq, I was simply told, “Here’s the coupe, the battery isn’t on it,” and then the salesperson walked away without offering any further assistance, answering questions, or discussing the Motability options available. As a potential customer, I expected at least a basic level of interest and customer service, regardless of whether I was purchasing privately or through the Motability Scheme. I left feeling completely dismissed and unwelcome. I appreciate that dealerships can be busy, but every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and given the opportunity to discuss their requirements. Sadly, this experience has put me off returning to this dealership and I will be taking my custom elsewhere. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in how future customers, particularly Motability customers, are treated.
