My experience was very good! I do have to get the key re programmed which they are sorting out but other than that they were brilliant with helping me out and getting they key fixed. Matt himself was perfect five stars.

If I had any questions I know they would be answered. We just saw the Citroen and liked it. The guy that was there was just really nice and would offer his help which made it easier. The customer service was just really good, attenable. It’s been really good five stars 😊

4.5/5, reason for my score was I found the customer service excellent from enquiry to purchase as well as post purchase, the car itself had a small issue which was resolved eventually, I would've preferred not having to have had the issue in the first place, but such is life, but the approach the sales rep Matthew had taken was second to none, genuine person, will definitely look to use this company again. If it weren't for the issue causing a bit of hassle after purchase, I would've have given the overall score 5/5

I would give Maude a 4 out of 5 the reason being is that the tyre pressure light keeps coming on. Other than that everything else is fine and I was happy with the service.

This is because Matt demonstrated commitment and willingness and a genuine passion for his job. This is due to driving all the way up to Scotland, Highlands to deliver our car. The car was in great condition. Very delighted with the car. So thank you from me!

I haven't had any problems with the car itself, I am still waiting for my V5 but I have spoken to Matt and he has let me know it should be with me within the next week or so. The service from matt was good, he did really well at his job. He showed me around the car and when it did arrive with me as I was getting it delivered it was in excellent condition. The delivery itself went smoothly it was on time. Overall I would rate my experience 5 out of 5.
