I always wanted a Mini countryman, and I managed to find one through Autotrader. I was satisfised with the initial service and Lily I dealt with was lovely. However, I thought there could be room for improvement on the aftersales.

My Nephew got a car from Nuneaton, and he recommended me to them. It was a really good service and the lady there was really helpful as there was a few issues with the car. Overall, efficient and quick service.

The Tesla Model 3 is my first electric car, and the conversion is a lot cheaper than what I anticipated. I used their website before which I found to be quite good when I brought my previous car and the communication was really good.

So far so good with the VW Golf, managed to fix some minor issues and now the car is running perfectly. They were very helpful in terms of helping me find solutions in terms of payments and seemed to be very keen about the deal which was good.

Volvo I purchased from them has been absolutely fine, My son used them before and they was a good garage. Everything was spot on!

They were really good with me at Nuneaton; there was an issue with the car which they got booked in straight away and managed to get it all sorted for me. I also found Charlotte to be really helpful; she gave me really good service.

Lilly has been relaxed, nothing any bother. Whole team woman and friendly and felt under no pressure or obligation to buy. Would buy again from there if needed

Tim was very helpful, I have no overall complaints with the service, they were Brilliant. I do feel like the cleanliness of the interior could have been improved however the exterior was alright.
