I was extremely disappointed by this experience. After paying for an MOT and a full service on my Range Rover Evoque, I expected to leave the dealership with confidence that my vehicle had been thoroughly inspected and was safe to drive. Instead, within 48 hours and after driving only a very short distance, the vehicle developed a serious and alarming noise. As a customer, I find it difficult to understand how a vehicle can undergo a full service and then develop significant issues almost immediately afterwards. This has left me questioning the value of the service provided and whether the necessary checks were carried out before the vehicle was returned to me. Most importantly, this situation raised serious concerns about my safety. I was driving a vehicle that I believed had been professionally inspected and confirmed roadworthy, only to discover that there appeared to be significant faults affecting the braking and axle systems. Had the problem occurred at higher speed or in different circumstances, the consequences could have been far more serious. The experience has left me feeling anxious and concerned about driving the vehicle and has significantly reduced my confidence in both the servicing process and the assurances provided by the dealership. What has been particularly upsetting is the feeling that my concerns have not been fully acknowledged. As a loyal Range Rover customer of more than ten years, I expected a higher standard of care, communication, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling that customer safety and satisfaction have taken second place to the financial aspects of the service.
Listened as they knocked 5k off a car via a telephone call just like that (I paid full price) and so disappointed that the extended warranty didn't cover every single problem I had with the car. embarrasing - never again

Pentland Land Rover in Edinburgh have a very good sales people but very bad service advisor. I would recommend not go to that place for car service. The worst I have ever seen.
Pentland Land Rover run a good operation, the sales right through to the aftercare was excellent. They called up a fortnight later not to sell us something but to make sure we were happy with the car. I would recommend them the customer service was excellent.
