My sister actually bought a Fiat from Red Lion Motors, so when I passed my test I decided to have a look at the same place she got hers. I'm really glad I did. Dennis was so nice, and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made the whole experience really positive, and we've been really happy to have our cars from them. My sister recommended them to me first, and after my own experience I'd 100% recommend them as well.

I found the BMW X1 on the Red Lion Motors website and Dennis was great to deal with. I usually hate going to look at cars because I often feel like you're being pushed into buying something, but that wasn't the case here at all. He wasn't pushy and just let us look around the car at our own pace. I took my mum's partner with me because I'm not very good with cars, and Dennis let us take it for a spin without any pressure. We noticed a slight issue with the tyre or brakes, and as soon as we mentioned it, Dennis said it would be sorted straight away. I was able to collect the car a couple of days later after it had been done. The whole experience was relaxed. I never felt pressured. I'd definitely recommend Red Lion Motors.

Purchased a Kawasaki from Red Lion Motors and I've had no particular issues so far. The bike has been fine and I've had no problems with it. I dealt with Dennis, although everything was done through WhatsApp rather than speaking directly. The communication was no problem at all, and the whole process worked well for me. I picked up on something that needed dealing with after the purchase, and they sorted it out, so I can't fault them in that sense

My son initially found the bike online. When I went down to Red Lion Motors the guys there were great, helpful but not pushy. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Red Lion Motors to others.

Everyone at the dealership was nice and polite. I first dealt with one of the salesmen who took me out for a test drive after checking my licence, and when Dennis arrived, he went through all the details with me. I paid my deposit, arranged the finance, came back and bought the car. I haven't had any issues with the dealership. The only issue I've had is a sensor that keeps coming back after being reset. I haven't actually notified the dealership about it yet, so I can't say they haven't tried to sort it because I haven't given them the chance. Apart from that, the car has been running well.

Dennis was amazing. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Somebody came with me when I bought the car and we both found him really helpful. He also said that if I needed to ask anything, I could take the car back which was good. I was specifically looking for a Fiat because my last car was a Fiat as well.

I found my car on a platform with no pictures but was what I was looking for so emailed the dealer, they swiftly replied and said pictures will be ready in the next 24 hrs and also alerted me when these where added. I spoke with the dealer to say I would like to view and we agreed a time. As planned the car was ready and a test drive taken, happy with the car finance was sourced and time agreed to collect the next day. As I planned all was ready and even help given to access the garage due to emergency road repairs closing the main route. All round great service , friendly staff would recommend and use again if required.

The team was good. I really liked my experience at Red Lion Motors. I'm enjoying the Nissan Pulsar I purchased back in May.

The BMW S1000 is a great bit of kit and I'm very happy with it. Dennis was great to deal with. My finance was arranged first, so I didn't have much to do with him at the beginning, but as soon as everything went through and I messaged him, he was straight on the phone to arrange collection. When I went down, he took the time to go through everything with me, including how to use all the technology, the paperwork, and all the bits and bobs. I couldn't fault him. I've had a couple of issues afterwards, not so much with the vehicle itself, as I hadn't received my V5 and had a couple of other things to check. Each time I spoke to Dennis, he was straight back to me and was helpful.
