Bought a car from this dealer, was told it would have 12 months warranty, after 10 months the engine has gone on the car. Rang and spoke to riverside who conveniently said that the warranty didn’t cover it, then when we asked for the warranty we were told it had expired, asked for copies of it multiple times, still nothing produced. Nobody picks up the phone on either landline or mobile, no updates given, eventually responds to txts with no update, just someone will call for an update. £12k purchase and 10 months later it’s worth spares and repairs. Sold a shite car and no warranty. Seems others having same problems with warranty!!!!!

I have never used this garage before I will defo be using it again. Gary put me at ease after having an accident, they have fixed my car extremely efficient- defo recommend to anybody

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS GUY GARY JENKINSON HE IS A FULL TIME CON ARTIST I PAID HIM £400 TO DELIVER THE CAR I BOUGHT OFF HIM AND HE PROMISED ME IT WOULD BE WITH ME 9.30AM THIS MORNING AND NEVER TURNED UP HE SAID THAT HE SENT HIS MAN DOWN TO DELIVER THE VEHICLE AND WHEN I ASKED WHERE THE DRIVER WAS HE SAID WHEN HE RINGS HIM IT GOES TO VOICEMAIL EVERYTIME AND DOES NOT EVEN LET YOU KNOW WHATS GOING AND HE PROMISED ME IT WOULD BE HERE I CANCELLED THE TAX AND CAR INSURANCE BECAUSE MY CAR WAS GOING IN AS A PART EX STAY WELL CLEAR AND TRADING STANDARDS SHOULD BE INFORMED TO STOP HIM RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF JUST FULL OF LIES 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Car wasn't ready on collection day, went 3 times to pick up, was travelling to Manchester airport next day. Found out didn't register change of ownership with DVLA didn't respond to emails, calls or messages, avoid at all costs, applying attitude post sales.

Avoid Bought car from riverside Gary great talker sold me Ford kuga £8.995 looked the part plus’s he said reliable never any trouble with this car it’s a friend of mine who had it 5 weeks later knocking sound phoned rac out they said gear box has split it’s a death trap it had bin repaired at some time go back to we’re u bought it get them to replace it or get money back it’s not road worthy gave it back to Gary said after 6 weeks of him having it his warranty which I’m still waiting in post for states he only puts £1000 towards parts and labour so I had 2 choices pay £500 toward fixing and keep car or £500 towards fixing plus £500 for having car 5 weeks after him not budging I took £1000 loss paid £8.995 got back £7.995 please don’t let him take your hard earn money wish I read more reviews on this as there are bad reviews when u scrolling down must pay people to put a good review on for him as my experience was completely different than his reviews say once had money not helpful what’s so ever just caused me stress and £1000 be very careful

I tried various methods to get through to them, carguru, phoning, email etc. eventually after 5 days of trying to get hold of them, I got 2 texts, which were miss spelt saying the vehicle was sold, No customer service what so ever
