We have bought 6 cars over 7 years from RRG Skoda Rochdale. We have just taken delivery of our new Elroc 85 and we also have a 7 seater Kodiak. We are so impressed with both vehicles and we cannot thank the staff at RRG enough for their advice and knowledge about the vehicles they sell. Always professional throughout the process especially Gordon who we have dealt with every time we have been ready to change cars. Having had a Karoq I’m so pleased with the electric version it’s a dream to drive.

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Danny most our dealings with him were by phone and has always polite and helpful right through until I took delivery . He always seemed to be available whenever I phoned which has rarely been the case with other dealers when I purchased other cars. He also contacted me after delivery to see I was ok and at no time did I feel under pressure from him.

I have just picked up a new Skoda Karoq and the sales man Amar Hussain as been extremely helpful from the first time we went into the show room to look at the options.
To plcking up the new one today I must also mention other members of staff who have been very helpful at all times

Purchased a used Skoda and salesman said that RRG would install a Skoda Approved Towbar.
Car delivered in June and then the problems started. Error message after error message. My local Skoda dealership informed me the towbar was a non approved one and this had caused all of the error messages with the software.
After three complaints RRG eventually reimbursed the cost of the towbar they should have originally supplied and agreed in writing (they lied to me). I have had to get this booked in at my local dealer.
I have had the car 28 weeks and out of these 28 weeks have had a towbar that does not work for 12.
RRG have washed their hands and not prepared to offer any compensation. Now to explore alternative routes to complain.
Avoid at all cost. Happy to take your money, fit a product that was inferior and never agreed and then to dump you.
Worst car buying experience in over 30 years of driving.

I recently bought a car from this dealership and on receiving the car noticed a few little problems. The main one being the door protector on the drivers side was not sitting correctly. Since then it has been back twice and they have not managed to rectify the problem. I have spoken to them today and they have informed me they will not be fixing. I pointed this problem out right from the start. The after sales are a joke and I would expect this sort of service from a back street garage not a main dealer. Don't waste your time with this dealership go to Simpsons not these cowboys.

Do not want to know when it comes to a warranty claim
I have had 8 different Skodas since 2004 always used Simpsons Skoda and had excellent service. Used RRG Rochdale due to a non start issue the service was appalling. Very unhelpful.
