I was looking for a new van for my business and saw one at Senior, Being local I always want to support local businesses when I can. I was greeted by a lad called Liam on the foreground after having a look around. He was mega helpful, professional and patient, especially as I'm looking for a very particular spec. The van I had my eyes on didn't hit the mark for what I wanted but Liam had a look at what else they could potentially get in for me which I thought was above and beyond service. 5 stars all round.

Liam and the team are an absolute delight to deal with and answered questions and supported me in making the right decision. Have always had great service and great advice. Thanks all and Liam
I had a great experience with Liam from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure everything was clear and stress-free.
Excellent service today I spoke to a chap called Liam on the phone who was really helpful finding me the right vehicle within my own budget which wasn’t easy. I appreciate a chap and garage that puts their customers boundaries first rather than hard selling every vehicle.
I had a great experience with Senior cars when purchasing my new car! I dealt with Liam throughout who was happy to assist me from start to finish making the process seamless and easy. Thanks Senior Cars

I put a deposit down on a Mercedes requested amount of £500. There was only 1 key so I asked for another key to be made. This was put on the deposit job sheet described as they will try and do this. A job to be completed before collecting car. A few days later Liam called to say the person who does there keys for them did not want ro take the key apart in case he could not put it back together again. This is him trying to resolve the issue. I suggested he go to Mercedes to get a replacement key he refused. A new key would of cost £500 and £700 pounds which we were expected to pay ourselves. Liam said the blade just need cutting yet if it was that easy his so called person he uses could of done this. Poor excuse. Due to his manner we decided to pull out. He refused to give us the £500 deposit back nothing not even half. Rip of,Liam said as he had taken it of the market he could of lost a sale apparently we were the 2nd person to drop out of the sale of this blue Mercedes slk32. Not a pleasant man to deal with when things don't go his way. A zero rating is more appropriate.

Senior Cars from Dealership in response to Poor customer care and service received.
Hi Richard, We of course always aim to deliver 5 star service and are disappointed when we cannot achieve this but we do always say all feedback is welcome. We do however feel it's only fair we highlight what happened on this occasion. Before you put down a deposit we did make you aware that the vehicle was garnering a lot of interest. We did also disclose to you that there was one fully working key and a second that the fob remote worked but the blade did not. This was before you had left a deposit which you also knew was non-refundable. We did within the deal say that we would speak to a key specialist and see if it was possible for us to get another key cut whilst making sure the remote fob still worked. As you know this vehicle is 24 years old and was one of only 265 of this model made for the UK. As you can imagine this does make parts seldom available and our key specialist did not think they would be able to do it without breaking the key which would have left the vehicle without two working key fobs. After your review on Google under your wife Michelle's name stating a new key would be between £500-£700 we did actually go to Mercedes for a quote for a spare key and they informed us that they no longer supply keys for this particular model anymore due to it's age and scarcity. If you were to call Mercedes they would confirm this for you as well. Throughout getting the vehicle ready you were always on board andhappy to proceed even knowing about the key situation. Once we had put the vehicle through our workshop we informed you it was ready to collect and you seemed happy and said you would get back to us. Multiple days passed with voicemails left for you to try to determine a collection date. You did then get back to us with a date, the day before this however you decided to pull out due to the fact the vehicle had only 1 fully working key, you did not mention at this time any other reason for pulling out. We stated that you did know this before you put the deposit down and were made aware at that time that your deposit would be non refundable. Again, we are sorry you feel you have had a bad experience but as you can see we were forthright and honest throughout the whole situation and felt the need to shed some light on what happened on this occasion. Kind regards, Senior Cars
I saw the car I was interested in on Autotrader first . I then read all the reviews about this family run business on their own website. I contacted the garage via the website and had a telephone call from Tom who answered all my questions and arranged a time / date for me to test drive my chosen car . I was quite nervous as this was my first time doing this myself, as you do hear of the term pushy arrogant salesmen . All my anxiety eased the moment I arrived and met Tom . He was friendly , approachable, very knowledgeable and definitely not pushy . I purchased the car , and will be telling all my colleagues and family when they need a new vehicle to look here first . Thankyou senior cars it’s been a pleasure.
We found that Tom was very friendly, helpful and gave great customer service. The bmw we brought was and is perfect for us. It looks and drives like new.

Anyone reading these reviews because they are considering buying the black JCW pack mini SD67 AEA- I would think again. I was the second owner of this car (therefore it’s had more than one previous owner as they describe in the listing) for just shy of 6 months, 3 of which I had car. I barely drove it before it went wrong! The car required significant works carried out relating to the engine. They will offer you extended warranty but realise that: 1. It only covers up to £1.5k of work 2. The Warrenty (crystal clear warranties) company are absolutely impossible to deal with and provide you inconsistent advice which may result in you being out off pocket. 3. When I tried to raise a complaint they wouldn’t advise of the process or policy, then further told me that yes they are regulated by FCA but the Warrenty wasn’t?! (Yes actually laughable) Yes senior cars offered to put it right, but absolutely no offer of auto recovery, replacement car or any announce of genuine concern. However you will be told in no uncertain terms that (and I quote) you will not be prioritised over ‘paying customers’. So after waiting for well over a month and a half I knew I couldn’t carry on. I spent my time constantly chasing for updates which very little tangible communication! Was even advised it was above someone’s pay grade to advise me on updates! It was only at the point of taking legal advice and advice from trading standards and rejecting the car under consumer rights grounds that they seem to pull their finger out. Sorry all a little to late. Upon handing the car back they were quick to email me and ask me why I had assigned the V5 to senior cars and this was incorrect and would devalue the car! Given that there was NO communicatIon on the handover I took the logical steps! And clearly no money has been lost given the resale price has been hiked up by £1.5k from when I purchased the car. If they are out of pocket it’s because of the work required, then frankly the ‘health checks’ they claim to provide clearly don’t stack up or they knew there were problems and just decided to sell the car with its dodgy engine?! Who knows?! Given my original plan was always to have the car back I had a few personal belongings in the car so when the car was rejected I had arranged a courier to pick up my personal belongings and private number plate. I was explicit in my email that those were the items to be returned. As a last ‘good will gesture’ they destroyed my private plates!! When I emailed to ask why they wasn’t returned they happily told me they were destroyed. Yes they did offer to replace BUT they would have senior cars signage all over them!! Errr no thanks!!! Yet another example if the Scant regard they have toward customer care. I ended up significantly out of pocket given I had paid for an independent diagnosis (which was disputed by seniors before even seeing the car), had to hire a car, pay for auto recovery, the replacement number plates that were required and the full tank of fuel in the car. Plus the disproportionate time the whole situation took of my time! Far from impressed. I take absolutely no pleasure in leaving negative reviews but in this case it’s wholeheartedly justified. No doubt there will be an elaborate response to this review from them. I haven’t even written this review to full extent of how bad the experience actually was. I would not recommend Senior Cars and would urge anyone reading this to seriously consider if the hassle, financial loss and level of arrogance is worth it.
