They were good as gold at the dealership. I did have an issue shortly after purchase, but they took the van back and got the issue solved with no problems. Rodney helped me out on the day, even sorting a VAT problem, and I thought compared to other dealers I have dealt with in the past, they were very helpful. It would be a 4 star and not a 5 only because of the problem I had originally.

I was in need of an upgrade, so I bought a Ford Transit Custom. It has been running well since the purchase, and the customer service was top notch, and I'd recommend the dealership to others.

Everything has been okay so far. I have had a couple of issues with the van, and they have been sorted out fairly fast. Once it got delivered it had come with a 70 miles limiter and I just called up and it got fixed quickly. Not too much problems so I can’t complain. I had a look at the Ford in person and spoke to Rodney on the phone, he gave me a video of the van, he was always available for a chat or call to talk through and discuss.

What really stood out for me at Vansco is that they changed the wet belt for you on the Transit before purchase, which really separates them from other dealerships, it gives you that peace of mind. So I would definitely use them again in the future.
