My dad recommended the dealership to me as he has bought from them previously. When I went, everything went really well. After I took the vehicle home, it had to go into the garage for a couple of days, which was a bit frustrating. However, the dealership resolved the issue quickly, so I would recommend them to others.

All of the purchasing process was done over the phone. I was able to ask any questions, and they were very helpful and accommodating before the purchase. However, after the sale, when the car was delivered, there was no spare tyre, no parcel shelf, and no fuse for the radio. The dealership has since provided the spare tyre and the parcel shelf.

Everything was done online. We bought a Citroën DS3, and all of the communication was handled over the phone. They were good at sending us videos and responding to any questions. When they were going to deliver the car, an engine management light came on, and we also requested the MOT, which should have already been done. After we spoke to them, the communication did improve, but it’s definitely something they could work on. We’ve also had an issue with the driver's side door not locking, which we are going to contact them about, and hopefully they will help us resolve it. Overall, it was a good experience, and we are happy with the car, so we would give it a four-star rating.

The dealership offered a good level of customer service on the day. However, after the purchase, I had to wait over a week for the delivery of the car, and the delivery date changed twice. For this reason, I would give it a three-star rating.

I purchased a Ford Focus online and had it delivered. They sent me a link to the website with all the pictures and information I needed.
