Nothing has been wrong with the car since driving it away, except the one time I moved it off my drive to have some stones delivered, someone decided to do a hard left turn into my car and has hit my door. Luckily I saw them do it, so I've managed to go through their insurance but I've got to wait a week for the door to arrive from Italy. Other than that little mishap, the car has been brilliant! And as for the dealership as a whole, it's been a really good experience and looking back, there wouldn't be anything I'd change about my visit.

I took delivery of my car and it was spot on! The gentlemen who dropped the car off was more than helpful when showing me around the car and how to work some of the features that come with the car. It also runs as you would expect it to, so for me I can't complain.

My Jaguar E-Pace has been absolutely fantastic. I've really put it through its paces, clocking up a lot of miles in the past 6 weeks, including a few trips to Milton Keynes. It's my daily driver for my 40-mile commute to work, and it's been solid. The dealership team was outstanding—they were always quick to respond and offered assistance whenever I needed it. When I got home noticed a small issue with the seats and after making them aware of it, they were proactive about resolving it. They offered to cover the cost of a valet to fix the problem and offered me £60 to get this done but I'm not one to spend all of the money for the sake of it. So after looking at a more affordable option, I went for the cheaper option and a refund for £30 was straight into my account. I couldn't be happier with both the car and the dealership's service.

Lilly has been perfect! It's really nice to visit a dealership where they have woman as sales staff because it 100% made my experience so much better and more comfortable. She was honestly amazing, once I wanted to look around the car she was happy to leave me to it and so i could give it a good look over within my own time and once I spoken to her about the interior, she assured me that the car would have a professional valet if I was to go ahead with it. I arranged to come back down and when I arrived, she carried everything out she said she was going to! From start to finish she was very attentive and handled everything within good time so I've got no issues giving top marks.

I'm in love with my Nissan Qashqai! It hasn't clocked too many miles since driving it away, I mainly use it for the school runs and little errands, but even the kids approve! It's exactly what my family needed. I'm so glad I found it online, first on Auto Trader then on Nuneaton Car Sales' website. The condition was perfect, and the price was too good to pass up. The whole process was easy and delightful. Couldn't be happier—5 stars all the way! I want to especially thank Lilly who was nothing but lovely throughout.

Absolutely loving my new BMW 1 Series! I was stressing about replacing my old car, but it was just too costly to repair. My old one was a manual, but this automatic BMW is a game-changer—I wouldn't go back! Transitioning was so easy. Two gentlemen assisted me on the day, although their names escape me. Nonetheless, they were both fantastic because they were friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the whole process a pleasure. Huge thanks to them for all their help!

Absolutely love my Nissan Niro, it's been great for getting out and about. I especially like the hybrid option because it makes motorway driving so much smoother. It had been a couple of months since dealing with Nuneaton Car Sales but from what I can remember the customer service was fantastic. I had a brilliant experience, and taking the car out for a test drive sealed the deal. Cracking experience.
