I had an issue with a garage that I was using, they made the issue worse and caused damages, I informed TMO and they weren't happy about this, they told me to go to a garage of my choosing as I had a few in mind and that is what I did. The garage I went to, went above and beyond sorting issues, couldn't have done more for me. I did have to pay upfront, however TMO got all the money back to me within 2 days and without any problems. They were easy to get on the phone, they even followed up after everything was done to make sure I was happy. I have already recommended them to some of my friends as they are one of the best warranty providers I have used, I wouldn't trust anywhere else as much as I do TMO. If I could give 10 stars I would!

The service was done very well. The centre knew what the problem was and called me instantly what had happened. Managed to repair my bike and have bad no problems since.

I was actually very impressed with the great level of customer service I received from The Motoring Organisation. There was only a few days left on my warranty and I was worried that they may not take the claim, but they did without any arguments or stress. It was done quickly yet efficiently, I did have to pay for some of the work to be done, but I didn't mind.

It has been a brilliant process right through, the claim process was quick and easy, I can't fault. 5 stars!

I am more than happy with everything that has been done. I have had another unrelated fault come up on my vehicle so will be having to put in another claim soon, but luckily it is a really easy process to follow, I had no issues at all when I initially did it and in regard to the first issue I had everything is sorted to a high standard, so of course I'd be happy to use them as my warranty provider going forwards.

The claim was simple and the issue on our vehicle was sorted quickly. Would highly recommend.

5. Defective item replaced, problem free job, courtesy car supplied. All now ok

Score =4. The booking was quick and efficient. I believe your labour rate should be increased, as it is currently 50% less of garage labour rates.

Excellent service from yourselves and the garage was very thorough with the work and road testing.
