I bought a Kia Soul from Nuneaton Car Sales, it was running great but I just had a knocking sound... I took it back to the guys at the dealership and they had a good look over it. I would rate a 5 stars for this great service.

The car on a whole is excellent with no issues at all, I love the Mondeo. The service overall was fantastic, it was very busy on the day s there was abit of rushing. Don't get my wrong there is no issues with the car the only reason for a 4 star rather than a 5 star is because I think there could of been improvements on the valeting and I have replaced the casing on a wing mirror.

The sale was super smooth, absolutely great and Tim was a star. It really helped that the dealership was so local. Not that I am hoping to replace my car any time soon but I would happily use you again.

No complaints what so ever. Truly nice guys that were so so helpful and listening to what our needs were to provide us with the best car possible. The car is a prime example of just what I needed! There was no pressure to buy and the staff were happy to run through any details with us without NEEDING to buy.

Everything went ok and I am very pleased with how everything flowed well. No issues what so ever. I would rate 5.

Peter and the team were a great help all the way through. There is a minor error displaying in the A Class which I will be popping in to get their assistance with in due course. Lovely swift car buying experience with Matt. The DS7 was well prepared and ready for me to take. Before I made my decision I took it out for a test drive to get a feel for it which went very well. Of the top of my head I can't actually think of anything that would have enhanced my experience. Since the car came home with me its been a dream.

Mark explained everything so clearly and was an excellent source of knowledge throughout the purchase. The team got the customer service just right and never put pressure on me. The Outlander I purchased is perfect and hasn't given me any trouble.
