I wanted to sell my VW Tiguan which was only 1 years old and advertised it in the auto trader and got the usual stupid offers or idiots responding. But i then got a call from Max from GC who was a pleasure to deal with. Max was very straight forward and polite. I got what i felt was a very honest px price for my vehicle. The whole process was made easy and a collection from my work place (Down in Devon) was arrange and a great chap call Andy came and did an appraisal, confirmed all was good to Max and a bank payment was made straight away with email confirmation. Would recommend as a buyer and if the service is this good when selling them a vehicle i would love to buy from them as would expect the service would be first class.

We’re do I start after waiting a week or so for the garage to take of a black wrap and put new window switches on I arrived to pick up my new ferrari after asking the salesman is the switches fixed I drove for around 2 mins down the road and they fell straight of plastic welded on with glue absolute joke 90k Ferrari the tyres was on 2.3mm with no advisory on the mot strange that. I have a vibration noise from the gear box the car pulls to the left as the wheels have different gaps to the arches due to most likely accident damage the door handles on the inside both broken arm rest broken and the brakes squeak continually they are cermamic brakes and once warmed up they should stop and they don’t. The car miss fires sometimes as well. They sent a driver to collect so they can investigate and even he was disgusted with the way the car was sent out, this was someone Who worked for them as wellNot what you expect from a 13,000 miles Ferrari after sending the car back the garage has reported no faults and will not issue a refund even thou I have videos pictures and an independent report done on the car. Finance company are now involved and have advised I have more than enough evidence to support my rejection. Stay away this company lies and avoids you.

Car sale seemed fine until I asked for for a HPI report and a V5. Paid in good faith, chased for weeks, 5 weeks on and still no sign of anything. You get ignored, passed around, and lied to.

We share your frustration around the delay of your V5, but as this was with the DVLA it was unfortunately out of our control.
With your HPI concern, we needed to wait for the HPI system to update to show that the vehicle was no longer on our stocking plan before the report would show clear, which caused the delay.

Absolutely first rate, second to none stress-free service from start to finish.
I not only recommend them, I will be using them again. Their forecourt prices are unmatched and honest.
Albeit, they have a wide and desirable range of cars available onsite, my car was sourced for me to perfection.
Mike was great but Keith professionally guided me through the process from initially sourced images, guided test-drive, to pre-preparation, mid-preparation and post-preparation walk-around videos. The process was a joy, as is the car. Went above & beyond all expectations! Even followed up with a post-sale telephone call.

Travelled 2hrs to GC to see a BMW X3 and totally worthwhile. Car was as advertised the experience and service was first class and Neil was a gent throughout. Returned to buy the vehicle 10days later and very happy with second visit. All as promised without issue and again excellent service. Highly recommended.

I have been buying cars from GC Motors for years now. I have always dealt with James, he is very professional and excellent at his Job. I am very disappointed that James is leaving after all these years. He has always been fantastic. Great Loss for GC Motors
