The Nissan Leaf that I bought has been great. I initially had a slight problem, so I called the dealership and they sent someone out to me, which I thought was good as I did not have to go to them. Everything else has been good.

I bought a Porsche Macan that I found advertised on AutoTrader at Ponko. Upon viewing the car, I was met by Haydn, who took me through the whole process. I thought he was brilliant, and to be honest, I couldn’t give it anything other than 5 out of 5.

I thought the staff were professional and did their best to make sure everything was done for us. This also applies after the purchase, as we are taking the car back next week for an engine management light, which we believe is just a sensor fault. I am sure they will resolve it for me.

Haydn was really good throughout the process. I was originally given a collection date and went to collect the car, but unfortunately it was not ready. The second time I went, it had not passed its MOT. I spoke to Haydn, who agreed that there had been some misinformation and was good enough to give me a £100 refund as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated. For that reason, I would give them 3.5 stars.

The customer service was excellent. They walked me through everything quickly and made it very clear what options I had. I didn't feel pressured into making any choices but was guided to make options that benefitted me most. Would recommend ponko to a friend. I was very happy with how friendly everyone was. Little things such as my wife and I being offered drinks while we waited, went a long way and made us feel comfortable.
