These guys are great honestly. Loving my new Ford to begin with, but the experience for me was it. Never been down to Right drive before, but thought I’d have a look and see what they have to offer. Went down, and unfortunately there was a little hiccup where after the test drive, the finance team wanted to do a new MOT for me, just to make sure everything was good with the car. They realised that they needed to update all the software, so the car was up to date for me. But of course, with technology, things can take a while. Which meant I wasn’t able to take the car home on the day. So what they did instead was got the car delivered to me the next day, so that I didn’t have to make the trip again. They got one of the guys to drive it down, and on top of that they added even more fuel for me to use as a bonus. Absolute top men.

Came across these guys as I was looking for a Ford and everything seemed great. Took my chances and went down for a viewing, just to see the car and see if its something that would be the right fit for me. Upon viewing it, I knew it would be mine, so I sent the husband down to go collect it. The whole process was really easy. Who knew you could buy a car without having to be there. They sent me all the documents electronically, and everything was as good as gold. Literally just a quick signature and the car was mine. And an added bonus, the car was spotless upon collection. Will keep them in mind when looking for a new car.

Went down to Right drive for a first-time visit, and safe to say it was a great experience. I came across them online, and luckily the pictures I saw online matched up to them in real life. The guys took me for a test drive so I could get a feel for the car. I would recommend them to others for sure. The customer service was smashing, they were all happy to help and professional, which just makes your experience a lot better.

I'm pleased to say my Kia is running perfectly with no issues so far. It's been mainly small trips for now, but I'm happy with the car overall. It was my first time visiting this dealership, and I found them to be very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They offered me a test drive without any hassle, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. I'd rate them 5 stars without hesitation. They even allowed me to take the car on the same day, despite it having just arrived. I wouldn't change anything about my experience.

My experience at the dealership has been excellent. I'm pleased to report no issues with the car, so far and I'm very happy with it. Matt, who assisted me, was brilliant. He was very informative, courteous, and helpful and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I couldn't ask for more from the young man. The car was competitively priced, well-presented, and overall, the service was first-class.

Me and my husband were very happy with the service we received from the sales team at this dealership. I don't drive the Nissan that much because my husband does all of the driving but he hasn't mentioned any issues as of yet. If we did have an issue we would be straight on the phone. No complaints so far though.

From start to finish the team were very helpful while I was enquiring about my Hyundai and although I can't remember the name of the salesman but I even called the dealership up to give a special thanks for the efforts from the team. I never buy a car that I'm not allowed to test drive but I didn't have to worry about this because they were more than accommodating to let me take the car out. 5* all round.

I've known Matt for a little while now and he is a really lovely guy to get along with. While I was buying my Kia, we had a little bit of situation but he helped us out a lot and made sure everything went smoothly. I mentioned to Matt that I'll be taking the car down to Dorset once I purchased it and that's exactly what I did, the Kia drove perfectly! I made it there with no issues and it was a really enjoyable car to drive.

I'm currently sat outside the train station waiting for my husband...I was thinking about how much I love my new baby, so thought I'd kill some time by writing this review! The chaps at RightDrive definitely deserve it. We might as well be sponsored by RightDrive actually, as this is the 4th car we've had from them. My hubby had a Kia Sportage and I kept stealing it, so he's finally given in and bought me one of my own 🤩 The chaps at the dealership are beyond excellent and we'd never shop anywhere else. 10/10
