Car not bought from here but used as RAC approved repairer. Brooklands first received a car on the 14th August I had bought elsewhere as they are part of the RAC warranty scheme but as of 23rd September it has still not been fixed. After replacing a couple of parts which unfortunately did not do the trick, it was left with them on September 11th to be looked at by an electrician. Aside from the frustration at the seemingly never ending saga, I am wholly unimpressed with their lack of communication. I did not expect to be contacted on a daily basis but did expect to be given relevant information so as to manage expectations. I had to ring them on the 15th to learn that it had gone to the electrician on the 13th. Again nothing was heard until I rang on the 19th and was told that a part was about to arrive and that the car should be ready within 48 hours. That time came and went and when I rang today , the 23rd ,at 12:15 , I was told that he was just about to ring the electrician and would get back almost immediately. Needless to say that did not happen That was nearly 2 hours ago. I am at a loss to understand why this is in anyway an acceptable level of customer service.

Good range of cars at a competitive price. Bought from them 5-months ago. Had a minor issue 2-months in, but they took the car in and had it ready in less than 4 hours and at no cost to myself. Would buy from here again.

Just got back from taking my car in for a bulb replacement and when the job was done I asked what the damage would be and they said "free of charge...it's just a bulb." Went there for my MOT a while back as well. Would highly recommend.

I went for a car valet, and I can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve had. Really thorough job all round, my car looks brand new! The customer service was extremely good too, they made my feel extremely welcome! Would defo recommend!

I recently purchased a low mileage Audi A4 Avant from Brooklands (APR 2021). Due to COVID restrictions I was unable to test drive the car. A new MOT was provided with the vehicle. On the way home I had to apply the brakes hard on the motorway, the car juddered severely which indicated to me that the brake discs were possibly warped. I immediately called Brooklands to inform them, we agreed I would take it to a local garage for the brakes to be inspected. Upon inspection the disks were indeed warped. I provided details of the bill to Brooklands, this was £350 as I decided to change all the discs and pads. Brooklands immediately agreed to pay £200 of this bill which was completely fair as the pads were not due to be changed. Brooklands communication throughout was superb. I would have no problem in returning to the garage for repeat business.

Visited today and came away feeling like I was in the wrong for wanting to buy a car. The staff were more interested in their burgers and were unhelpful and dismissive. No touching of cars was allowed which is acceptable as COVID is a real threat but when you are looking to make such an expensive purchase there has to be some movement in allowing you to have confidence or even be allowed to see more than the outside of the vehicle. Wasn’t allowed to look inside, no test drive option and when this was queried the response was “Well I’ve sold 47 cars this week so it’s not a problem with anyone else.” Time wasters, people who can’t make their mind up and the word “Arseholes” was even used in relation to customers who visit. We called a day before to say we wanted to view the car but came away feeling like I had actually imposed on their day by daring to visit their premises. Won’t ever go back and will share my experience with others so they don’t feel like we did after our visit.
