Car now been back 4 times same issue we have lost 4 dAys of our holiday,Cost a fortune in taxis to and from garage fortune in hire car petrol garage sales and repair treated us like dirt they don’t know what they are talking about absolutely disgusting and Melissa jobs worth attitude terrible wants to learn customer service and Steve manager in sales doesn’t even have the decency to ring us back

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the levels of service received. I understand you had problems with your vehicle on a Sunday and unfortunately the service department was closed.
The Sales Manager did try to assist you and was looking into arranging a courtesy car but you were hostile to offers of assistance and then dropped the car at the dealership without advising any staff and posted the keys through our parts department letter box.
We are sorry that you are unhappy with the experience but the circumstances and timings of the breakdown were unfortunate but beyond our control.

Just purchased a Honda civic from cobridge for the 2nd time. I would like to thank James, John and George for talking me through the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody. No pressure sales, very friendly team and it is nice to meet such nice people.
