I just wanted to thank Hollins Hill Cars Ltd. I had a test drive and purchased the car. I received excellent customer service tailored to my work needs, so I could pick up the car on a Sunday. They MOT the car for 12 months. They helped me with the car tax and the paperwork with the logbook, and printed out all the information needed. They even part-exchanged my old vehicle. I received excellent service and am really pleased with my car. I would definitely recommend Hollins Hill Cars Ltd to friends.

They were nice to deal with and not pushy, which stood out to me and made the whole process easy and simple. I dealt with Richard, who was good throughout. The VW T-roc ticked all the boxes for what I was looking for.

I went for the same model as I had before because I like Hyundai, and I’d actually bought from them years ago as well, plus I don’t live far away. The car has been great since the purchase except for a slow puncture, which I have just noticed. Overall very good

Hollins Hill Cars were bang on, they were sound and made everything easier. I’d definitely use them again in the future. I'm loving the Ford Kuga. It had everything on it, heated seats, a panoramic roof, it was fully loaded.

Already done 2,000 miles in the Audi A4, it's been fine so far. I drive past the dealership, I actually came across the dealership as I drive past quite often, so I decided to pop in, and that’s how it all started. The experience at the dealership was very good. I'd recommend them to others.

I bought a Vauxhall Mokka from Hollins Hill Cars, and it’s been alright overall. I did have to take it back in to get a new battery, but they sorted that for me and were helpful in getting it resolved. The experience at the dealership was good. I mainly chose the Mokka because I liked the look of it and needed something a bit bigger.

Not getting on too badly with the Ineos Grenadier a couple of issues I'm waiting to get resolved through the main dealer as it is still under warranty. In regard to my experience, it was good, and the salesman, I can't remember, was good as well.

After not having the easiest time with buying cars and moving into the area, I went on a search to find a reputable company. After coming across Hollins and reviewing the reviews and cars, I decided to pop out with my husband to look at two cars of interest. We were both taken aback by the warmth of Dan & Richard and kindness. Not once did we feel pushed to decide and felt like I had all the time in the world to decide on which car I wanted but from the first sit in the second car, I knew it was the one! After a test drive, I raised a concern re the service & brake pads in which they went above and beyond to get this sorted before I took the car with a full 12 month MOT too. What also wowed me away was the fact that they not only assisted with a better finance rate than I had previously sourced but they also helped me with the tax and printed out everything for me to keep on hand. Absolutely over the moon with the genuine car and kindness given to me and has fully restored my faith in the industry. Thank you so much!️

Had a great experience with these guys- although I bought the car from 250 miles away I was confident I could trust them- sent me all the photos and service history, and it was clearly well looked after. They obviously went the extra mile, doing bits of smart repair before selling it, along with doing a new MOT.

Rating:5. Reasons - We received excellent service from both Dan and Richard right from the start. We travelled down by train (from Scotland) and were met by Johnny, in the car we ultimately bought. We were impressed by their attention to detail and their old-fashioned approach to things like the service manual. Also, Richard said that generations of families get their cars from them, as they can clearly trust the company. We were delighted to take delivery a few days later of the promised mats. Absolutely would recommend Hollins Hill Cars .By the way, I'm still delighted with the Caddy!
