I’ve now had my second car from Lawson’s Motor Company, this time a Range Rover Sport, and I can’t fault them at all. Everything from the day of purchase was perfect and the people there really made the experience. There were a couple of niggles that needed sorting, but I phoned them up, sent the car back, and everything was sorted before it came back out to me. Since then it’s been absolutely fine.

So as soon as I turned up at Lawson’s it wasn’t just about the car, it was about the service and understanding my position financially as well. I put down a big chunk and financed the rest over a couple of years, so they took the time to make sure everything worked for me. They even let me drive the car home before making the final decision, just to check it would fit on my drive, which I really appreciated. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed anything, they’ve dealt with it straight away and haven’t messed about. My family have known the owners of the dealership for years now. I’d give them 10 out of 10.

My son came across Lawsons Motor Company whilst looking online for cars, he found the Audi A3. We went down to have a look, and I didn't know it was there in Congleton. They had some really good cars there, and the service I received and the car I have ever since we bought it have been spot on.

When I was waiting for my old car to sell, they held the ford for me for longer than most other dealerships which was kind. The ford Focus is doing pretty good.

The Peugeot is mostly fine, there is a bit of an issue with the clutch but I’m currently talking with the dealership about getting it sorted and the communication is great. the purchase was fine and everything was everything's been golden. They even stayed open an extra forty-five minutes just to just because I had finished work late, that was helpful. They were fast to respond, and the customer service side of things was top notch and even now after the sale, they're still looking after me.

We were really happy with the whole process. We were able to look around at our leisure, never felt under any pressure, very helpful staff and a great part exchange price for our car. We are delighted with our new car and would highly recommend Lawson Motor Company.

The staff at Lawson were really friendly, the Range Rover Evoque is all good. I’ve had an Evoque. I’ve got a small question regarding the tools in the back of the car however I’ve been away on holiday and did not have a chance to speak to anyone. When I went to collect the Evoque they did have to source a new parcel shelf for me. I’ve dealt with Malcolm during the sales process and then when I went to collect it I dealt with Gary.

The Evoque really lovely, I’m just waiting for the V5C from the DVLA. Gary was really good during the process.

I’m liking the Audi TT, its not quite as economical as I thought it would but it’s a nice sports car and I like so I’ve gotta get used. The overall experience was okay however the communication was bit a slow, but we got there in the end. Jack over at Lawson was a lovely Lad.
