Me and my husband recently purchased a car from Oakwood garage. It was a lovely low mileage Nissan. The service we received from Diana was excellent. She arranged the finance and warranty and also taxed the car for us.

"Incorrect Car Tax Information and Poor S"

I was very dissatisfied with the service at this dealership.
I was clearly told that my car tax had been paid on Wednesday, 24 December, and I was assured the vehicle was taxed and safe to drive away. After leaving, I checked online and found the car was not taxed, which put me at risk of fines due to incorrect information provided by the dealership. I never received a proper explanation for this.
Communication throughout was confusing, and I also left the dealership without the requested log book, despite being told everything was resolved.
The only positive part of this experience was Diana, who contacted me, took responsibility, and corrected this issue.

I had the pleasure of buying from Oakwood, and I’ve got to say their customer service was brilliant from the minute I walked in the dealership, to the minute I drove away - literally 3 hours (I did leave on my own accord for a few hours)
Olivia was fantastic and explained everything in layman’s terms. Olivia and the rest of the team way way way way above other dealerships in customer service. They actually care! Would highly recommend Olivia and the dealership if you’re looking for a new car. 5 stars.
