I bought a used car from Perrys Portsmouth. They give only a very basic 3 month warranty. After 3 1/2 months the serious troubles began and I had multiple roadside failures. Never had those before on any car. After hugely expensive repairs I decided to cut my losses and sell the car on. I wrote to Perrys and they couldn't care less. Not even a simple "sorry you had problems with your car". I will never buy a car from Perrys again. Based on the experience of the car I bought, they don't care about the customer or the quality of used car they sell. OK, that's on a sample size of one, but you will understand what it's like to be that poor customer, losing a lot of money in not many months.
