You see a review about a Jag estate , obviously written by a poet or A I. Then zoom up on the scored disks , cheap low grade landsail tyres , weird sort of filth around steering wheel switches , even though valeted and posing in the pics like it's a quality car and realise , nah. Avoid. Too much rubbish like this at dealers , they prob gave 5k for it PX or bought from auction. Obviously owned by a cheapskate . These sort of cars are polished turds. I will walk on.

I recently bought my daughter her first car from Quality cars and commercial and I was welcomed by casper one of their main sales team. He showed us several cars, which were ideal for first time drivers and we opted for a small Vauxhall Corsa. It had a few minor faults, which he agreed to fix before collecting the car a week later. A week later, the small dent in the bumper was gone, the paintwork was A1 and the missing parcel shelf was replaced. Highly recommend you deal with Casper if you visit this garage, he will look after you and make sure he does what he says, which is rare for a used car salesman.

Avoid at all costs! Purchased a vehicle from here in November 2023, 10 days later said vehicle cut out when coming to a stop. Car was returned for repairs, and I was assured it was fixed. Next few days the vehicle did the same thing only worse and wouldn’t start again. Again, car returned and assured it was fixed, but issues persisted. Rejection of the vehicle was ignored, and it took a reputable garage to do 2 independent reports on the vehicle for it to be finally rejected via the Finance company. This process took six months. The independent inspection proved that parts that I had been assured had been replaced by ‘QUALITY Cars and Commercials’ hadn’t, and I had just been fobbed off. To date I still have not had my deposit returned from this cowboy operation. The vehicle was clearly faulty when it was sold to me, and I had to prove that faults existed and the promises made over rectification works were just simply lies! Beware, the vehicle is up for sale again! Please don’t buy and find yourself in the same situation.

I have purchased a number of cars from this car sales company now for me and members of my family. I really find the company to be trustworthy and friendly there is no hard sales talk or pressure from the sales team. But they are very friendly and will give you their honest opinion about any of the high quality cars that they have for sale at really good prices. my family will highly recommend this honest and trustworthy company to anybody who is looking to purchase a really good car at great prices.

Bought a car, and part chopped mine.but after many problems, which made it cut out on me. 8 8 times driving from town to Thier offices, which was quite scary. They did say I can change the car, which I did but had to pay more money😔this was over a couple of months. By this time DVLA sent tax reminder, (had not took the part I needed off). Basically I had rang and send through dissatisfaction feedback. They kept saying they would send it of send me the number. Never did, now have to pay fine for untaxed vehicle I don't own. Now the car I have is a bit better but the engine management light is on and oil leaking and then exhaust fell off when driving.

I had a problem the car was misfiring. The Aftercare Team were great, they reimbused me for the spark plugs, Kris chased me for the quote. Thank you Kris!

They sell bad cars and tell you it's good and when you complain they will tell you to go fix it, even if you offer to swap and add more money they won't accept and block you off, please stay away from them

Avoid this garage at ALL COSTS .. PLEASE BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS They took £5250 off me for Hyundai i40 It cost me over £2000 to get right. They refused to take the care back. Told me good luck the law doesn't work like that When I said I would report them. Then they stopped answering emails or phone calls CON MEN
