In dealing with Quality Part X, it was a very smooth, very good experience. Monty the person we were dealing with was very understanding and gave us a lot of information, the requests we had prior to purchasing the car were all met. I am a bit unsure on the petrol consumption but I haven’t raised this with the dealership yet, We’ve bought cars from other dealerships and all sorts of showrooms but I’d rate Quality Part X a five simply because the understanding they had, they listened to the customer and gave us peace of mind.

Saw the Skoda Octavia at Quality Part X so went down to the dealership, my experience was simple, I’ve no complaints at all so obviously have to give a five!

My wife had got her car from Quality Part X, so we decided to get mine from there too, the Rav 4 I got is working well, the only issue Is I haven’t had my insurance paperwork yet, the customer care was fine, I was happy with it.

I saw the Kodiaq advertised at Quality Part X, the sales chap I spoke to was really good, I’m yet to receive my V5 or ownership slip but they have advised me it’ll take eight weeks, They did knock off a couple of hundred off the price based on the fact there was a couple of scratches on the wheels, and refurbish the alloys for me. No complaints so far!

The Polo I got from Quality Park X is a lovely little car, its going well with it so far, I am bit worried about one of the doors but I haven’t had the time to get it checked out as of yet, I wasn’t a fan of how many people were around. However Mo who I dealt with was great!

They are top notch at Quality part X. I would recommend them to others. In regard to the car, other than a funny smell which I'm struggling to get rid of, the Vauxhall Mokka has been sound ever since I bought it back in March.

Everything on the day was perfect, no complaints. Since the purchase, I've had an engine management light on. I contacted the dealership, who advised me to bring the car to them, and they would sort it, although it is a 2-hour drive, so logistically it isn't worth the cost, so I'm going to get it fixed down here. That's my only bit of feedback that would have made the experience a five-star.

Had no problems at all with the MG, We’ve not had much luck with cars in the past, so it’s actually been nice that this one has been reliable. at the dealership was really good as well. It was quick and smooth, and the customer service was good. Everything was straightforward and easy.
