I chose Reynolds Motor Group as they are local to me. I went to see the car and it was a friendly atmosphere. Jesse stood out to me. he was brilliant. He was really personable, wasn’t pushy, really helpful, answered all the questions and showed an interest in what I had to say. I would return. Five stars, no problem at all

The only thing that cropped up was that when I collected the car and drove it away the tyre warning sign lit up so sorted that myself but apart from that, my experience was fine.

All good with the Ford I got, not a bad experience. First time using them, I found it an easy, quick process. Few cosmetic things not shown on the advert so more up close pictures needed hence the score but the staff were all fine, happy to help and sort some issues out that I had.

I’m a returning customer and deal with Adam, he always seems to be fair and honest. I think transparency is good, they tell you the benefits of the vehicle and do a decent job, don’t mess around. I would recommend to others. If there is a problem they deal with it straight away.

The Citroen was ready to go, serviced and I liked the fact Jesse took me to the garage and put some fuel in for me. I would recommend them!
