Was good

I was looking to replace my old car for something newer and Rightdrive was easy for me to get finance with. I initially had a Hyundai from them however the car developed some issues so they agreed to take the car back and swap it for the Nissan. There was a few things I picked up on the car like the floor mats being worn through and torn which wasn't great, but overall the customer service was great and the people at the dealership were nice.

The Ford is going very nicely. I’m still waiting for them to send the V5 form. I noticed the appointment times were cut a but fine but other than that, it was quite a good experience.

I needed a larger car for my family and my sister had a Fiesta that I liked so I decided to get one as well.

I’m really enjoying the KIA. I was looking around dealerships as I have an Iva which makes it difficult to finance cars in most dealerships but Rightdrive was very accommodating and helped me out.

I’m loving the KIA, I was looking for something bit more reliable and this Sportage fit the bill. If I remember correctly, I found the car on Facebook while having a look through local dealerships when I came across Rightdrive. It had all the right bits and the extras I was looking for My experience has been brilliant to be honest, the lady I dealt with was really nice, she answered all the questions right away. The whole dealership was very pleasant and professional!

I needed a bigger car and Rightdrive happened to be really local to me. The car is lovely and everyone was really kind to me throughout my experience.

I am really happy with my overall experience at Rightdrive, I don't have a bad thing to say about them. Mark and Nina have been absolutely brilliant and are always on the other side of the phone anytime I have needed them. They have all treated me so well and been so patient. I would give it a four because I believe there is always some room for improvement.
