Omg I waited 5 weeks never got warranty in post can talk the talk but dose not walk the walk full of promises 5 weeks knocking sound on car I paid £8.995 rac said death trap faulty gear box took back to Gary was charged £500 towards repair when it was sold with faulty gearbox plus’s £500 for having it 5 weeks gad 2 choose £500 towards fixing car or £500 towards fixing car plus £500 for car being in my possession for 5 weeks lost £1000 as did not trust him not so nice guy when I wanted problem fixing but very nice when taking my hard earn moneys

Warranty?, What warranty?, bought car on 9th May and today's date is 6th July and after numerous requests for warranty documents and promises of posting I still have not got any Documents, He can Talk the Talk, But fails to walk the walk Steer Clear

I was looking for a good executive car for my position as a rep doing lots of miles and came across a Jaguar at Riverside, from start to finish Gary the owner was very helpful the car is in immaculate condition all round, he sorted out my finance and tax online and it was like new when I collected it..he’s very honest in his approach and even showed me what he paid for it too, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car, I’ve already told my friend to go see him when she want to trade hers in as he can search for the certain cars you want and will find the spec you require.

Dealt with Gary remotely (during lockdown) for the entire purchasing process. Discussed the car and also a p/x. Delivered to Cumbria exactly on time and with full service and new MOT. New car is a dream to drive and was a great deal - thank you Gary and Riverside Car Sales!!!!!

Rang about a vehicle, was told I wasn’t able to see it till the next day as no one was available. Offered to leave a deposit but apparently they can’t take deposits due to COVID-19. Next morning told car had been sold. Not the first time this appears to have happened!! Obviously their word means nothing and that’s not someone who I’d want to do business with
