Harry came in on his day off to finalise everything for us, so I can't complain about that. I'd definitely recommend the dealership to others based on my experience. The only reason I didn't give five stars is i would have hoped for it to be a little bit more professional. Other than that, I have been getting on with the Maserati fine.

I'm getting on great with my Ford Transit Custom. We've just come back from a two week trip doing the NC500 in Scotland in it, so it's been great. I can't complain. Harry was very good, and the whole experience was positive. My van is a camper conversion and while they didn't know too much about that side of it, everything else was good.

Rang Harry at about 7:30 at night and said, 'I want to buy this car.' Paid over the phone, and it was dropped off the next morning. Dead straightforward process. I've been using it for work, and it's been good. They also have a good selection of cars available.

Would definitely buy from them, Roadstar, again. Can't remember the name of the person I dealt with at Roadstar, but they were bang on! He even offered to buy us some food whilst we waited, which I really appreciated.

I've had no problems with my new Ford Ranger and I'm really pleased with it. The salesman was perfect and very accommodating. The dealership was a nice place to visit, everyone was very polite, and they definitely ticked all the boxes for me. Initially I dealt with Joseph, and then the manager, I think his name was Paul. They were both very good. No problems at all. In regard to the Ford Focus I bought, due to me working long hours, I haven't had much chance to drive the car, but I think it's been okay.

I purchased a Ford Ranger from Roadstar. I'm very happy with it. It's been absolutely sound and does everything I need it to for work. The only minor issue I've noticed is that the light bar on the top isn't working, but apart from that, it's been fine. The dealership was really accommodating, and I was happy with the service I received. Paul looked after me and stayed open for me because I was travelling down from North Yorkshire. The finance went through without any problems, and I appreciated the effort he made to help me. I'd been looking at Rangers for a while after my van broke down, and this was the first one I saw that had the right mileage for me. It looked brand new inside. I'd definitely recommend Roadstar to others and can see myself going back there again when it's time for my next vehicle.

I was specifically looking for a Ford Ranger and found this one advertised on Auto Trader. The truck has been great. Everything at the dealership was perfect. Nikola was really good and answered any questions I had straight away. The aftersales care has been good as well. I had a small issue with the truck after purchase, and as soon as I phoned them, they told me to get it looked at and they would cover the cost. I paid for the repair upfront and they paid me back straight away, exactly as they said they would.

Getting on well with the Ford Ranger, initially the car did break down, and Roadstar got it recovered to Ford, where the work was completed. Other than that side of things, whilst I was at Roadstar, Paul was really good, and I would give my overall experience five stars.
