All good with the Audi a5. I am satisfied with the work that got done on the Thermostat, it was a quick process. I do think the communication could be better next time as I would’ve appreciated updates. Other then that, it was a really good experience.

All appears to be going quite well now with the Water pump on the Land Rover Discovery sport. I’ve been monitoring it and did over 1000 miles since I had it back without any symptoms returning. The cover from TMO has been excellent and the staff were knowledgeable. However, the realism of the package I personally don’t think it really stands up in a modern context in terms of time and cost. The labour rates I don’t think would be realistic and time constraints must be looked at together.

The issue itself was resolved, although getting to that point was a bit problematic. The part that needed replacing was at the back of the engine, so quite a lot had to be taken apart to get to it. On top of that, I was about 150 miles away from the repair shop, which made things more difficult with the back and forth. Once everything was explained, the claim was settled and sorted out. From that point on, everything has been good, and the car has been running as it should. While the process leading up to it was more of a three, in the end I would rate the overall experience a five.

I had the thermostat changed on my Vauxhall, and it did the trick. It’s spot on now, and the car’s running great, touch wood. From my side, the claims process was also spot on. I didn’t have to get involved much at all, just one call to confirm the details the garage needed. Everything was done quickly as well. Within two or three days I had the car back, so the turnaround was really good. The main thing for me was getting the car repaired and returned without delays, and that was exactly what happened. I don’t think the garage had any issues with refunds or anything like that.

Recently had some work done on my Jaguar through the warranty provider, it was all good. There was some additional cost to me which was not covered, which reflects the four-star rating.

I had a really good experience with the claims process. It is good how you can use garages of your own choice, as I went to the garage that I usually go to, which made things a lot easier. I did have to pay the cost upfront, but the money was put back into my bank within seven days.
