My experience with V12 was good yeah it was fine, the Mercedes is good at the moment but when I put the car in revers the breaks will make a squeaking sound but I have googled this and it said it could be the rust on the car so I will wait for a little before giving the dealer a call. They were very informative on the car and what I was buying which was good. Five stars I will ring them up after some time if the breaks carry on.

I am really enjoying the car, I was thinking of trying to call about my warranty as there is a couple of things. The car is quite loud when I put it on charge and there is currently some condensation in the car footwell. Maybe this week I will try to get this looked at. That is just the two main things. To be honest the customer service was good I just went there at about 1-2pm and they close at five but the car was not fully charged or cleaned and don’t get me wrong they did reimburse me for the charges but that was just the little inconvenience. But it was good don’t get me wrong and I will be 100% be using you guys again I did find a good deal on the car 😊

4, it was all good apart from: I contacted You concerning some jump leads that were left in My old car and was told that it hadn't gone off for auction yet, so I got told the leads would be looked for and I'd be contacted back, that was last week but Nobody got back to Me.

My experience was really good, no complaints whatsoever. The car is fine it was the value for money they had exactly what I was looking for at a good price. The customer service was good. I went at night and then came back with the car on the same night they got everything done and everything dealt with five stars.

The Land Rover is fine yeah, I was told that the tracker on the car would be the newest one, but when I got the car, it was an older one which I am confused why I was told that. But I am trying to give them a call, The customer service was fine overall it was a positive experience.

The customer service was okay, I did feel abit rushed but I knew it was busy so. I did have certain questions and they got answered, I was getting a response when I was there which is really nice of them.

It was a good experience, the customer service was a problem sometimes I called the dealer and they did not pick up the phone but it was a good experience five stars 😊

My experience was nice, the customer service was not bad it was good. When I returned my old car, I had months wait between getting the new one. But it was a overall smooth purchase everything was good. Three stars because of the wait.

It was not my first time at V12 Sports and Classics I had been before and my experience was alright, although I have been to the garage four times now and I got it a month. The customer service was alright too they tried their best with pushing me into getting the warranty, but they do understand what you are asking for. But hopefully the problem is solved now but they were alright I can’t say it was excellent or bad. Three stars maybe next time the guys in general can listen to the customer and understand what they need.

The customer service was good and the Tesla is good.
