Chris's service was spot on. He makes a lovely coffee and even put a big red bow on it! It's the little touches. Honestly it was perfect from start to finish. We went the Saturday before to look at the car and he wasn't pushy, just nice and relaxed. I'll definitely be going back there. The only downside was they didn't have any biscuits!

I found them on Autotrader and had to travel a bit to get there but it was worth it. The car is driving nicely and the staff were perfect on the day. A couple of improvements would be we agreed to get a full tank of fuel on handover but that wasn't the case. Plus they weren't particularly easy to negotiate with. It was very business-like but I'm happy.

I’m really happy with the van. I have noticed some old damage on the back that looks like it has been repaired. I don’t mind it, as everything runs fine, but I do wish I had been told about it before the sale was finalised. Apart from that, I was pleased with the customer service from Josh. He was really great to deal with. There was no messing about and I would still use them again.

I came across Westbourne Professional while looking for a specific vehicle. I live three to four hours away from the dealership, but I thought it was definitely worth the journey after reading all the reviews online. I called up and spoke to Will. I asked him if there was anything wrong with the car that wasn’t shown online, and he reassured me that everything was as described and shown. He was true to his word about this. I’m really pleased with the vehicle. I’ve not had any issues with it. It’s a fantastic car and Westbourne definitely lives up to the reviews.

Josh was a really sound guy to deal with. didn't have any problems at the dealership, all the staff there seemed friendly and professional. I am really pleased with the Van I purchased, I am having an issue with the engine management light that keeps coming on intermittently, no sure as to what is causing this yet however everything else is fine.

A really simple process, i knew what I wanted there was no messing me about or long delays. The lads were helpful, I did wish they put some more petrol in the van before I took it away, however overall I am pleased.

Took the car for a test drive while I was at the dealership, felt like I was given enough time to make sure I was happy with everything. Not had an problems with the car so far and already put 6000 miles on it. All the service was good, it all went smoothly. Can't complain.
