Woodlands were fine guys, good to have a blether with no complaints about the service all. We did a slight issue with the DPF, as it was full but the team dealt with it as quickly as they could, especially with it being around Christmas time. Since having the Hilux back I haven't been out in it much due to the snow.

To be honest I haven't really used the Vauxhall I bought from Woodlands, the reason is I'm currently using my Mercedes van and don't fancy paying for two insurances, so at the moment I can't review the van itself. I can't remember who looked after me, but everyone there was friendly and no bother at all.

My Sprinter is running ok from the Woodlands, the staff were professional and got the finance sorted quickly. I choice to collect the van and all was clean and ready for when I got there. There was 1 or 2 problems with the radiator and also I would have liked the van to have a service, so I would rate 4 stars but if these had have been sorted it could have been a 5.

John was extremely helpful, we didn't give him much time as we called and regarding the Sprinter half an hour before turning up at the dealership. In all fairness, he got us out the door in a hour and he still had it cleaned and prepared within that time frame. We are already in talks with Woodlands about getting other vehicles, would absolutely use them again.

Done about 1000 miles since purchase already, not had any faults, really great vehicle. The buying process was spot on, the guy I dealt with was no bother at all. I phoned up, enquired, went to view and take for a test drive, he wasn't at any point pushing for a sale, a very relaxed and easy process. If I had any questions, he was happy to answer and go over things with me. Would use them again.

Hi Disappointed in the service. I purchased the van but it was given to me with oil leaking badly once I got home. Had to take back then a week later back again to pick up. I live in Tranent, East Lothian so it’s a a fair bit away. I also have still not received my main fob key which was I made aware to use straight away. Only got spare key. I asked a further 3 times and was told it’s on its way.???? Could you please try and send me the main fob key asap. Any feedback would be appreciated. Regards David

When I originally test drove, there was a knocking noise which the guys sorted for me right away. However another noise did come up which I was told would go away with driving the van. After a few weeks it was unfortunately still there, so I did have to take it back. The guys fixed it for me within a day which was appreciated but just as some future feedback I feel issues like that should be resolved prior to letting a vehicle leave the dealership as it saves everyone time and hassle.

My new Isuzu Grafter has been all good, and the service was wonderful.

I would give woodlands 5 because I was pleased with the service and everything is going well with the Ford transit that I purchased.
