GC Motors is over 230 miles from myself so was initially concerned travelling the distance if the car wasn't right for me. The car was very honestly described over the phone, followed up with a video and everything was pointed out with nothing hidden or kept 'hush hush' so i knew what i was buying as i then went and viewed the car before they had chance to prepare it. preparation standards are very high and I'm really happy with the purchase. I dealt with Keith who is longer working at GC and I think I may have been forgot about, a week later I am waiting for money that was promised to take 24-48 hours a week ago, I paid for allo wheel insurance which I have received no details for at all, I paid for a ceramic coating with a 5 year guarantee again no details for and my private number plate which I paid for GC to change to my new car isn’t on retention! When I call I’m passed around and no one calls me back, worst experience of buying a car I’ve ever had! And too add a stone chip on the new car was touched up on collection!
