The car is good - I use it daily I absolutely love it. The staff were great, they sent over lots of info such as a video - there was some marks on the car which I pointed out from the video and they sorted it out for when I picked up the car. It could have done with a better clean though as it was quite dirty inside. I dealt with Ivan on the day who was very knowledgeable and friendly.

My new Nissan Qashqai has been excellent, and Lewis, the salesman I dealt with, was great. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars was that I had to wait a bit for the V5, but it has arrived now.

Since we purchased our vehicle from Nuneaton Car Sales back in June we had an ongoing issue that has not yet been resolved. When it last came back from them they valeted the car for me, but it was delivered back with more scratches, and since then the light has come back on. However to their credit, they are willing to get my car back in so these issue are resolved. I also dealt with Andy the delivery driver who was good.

I had an issue with my pressure switch, however the staff were really helpful. They got me booked in and sorted it swiftly without any hassle. I haven't had any issues since, and the customer service from start to finish has been great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience — it was positive and went smoothly. I would recommend.
