The car is great - there was an issue with the brakes but they sorted it out straight away. The service was absolutely sound, they're pretty good to be honest. 5 star review.

Everything is good with the car and the aftersales service. I dealt with Ivan on the day who was brilliant. I'd give them 5 stars.

I don't think I'd buy from there again. They were really good with the sales element, but as soon as I went to pick the car up that's where things went downhill. Sales were really attentive and responsive and made sure the car was ready when I needed it, but when I started experiencing issues with the car I found it really difficult to get hold of anyone.

Ivan is a really good salesman, no messing around and efficiently delivered. There was a few hiccups at the start regarding the car but nothing I couldn't sort myself. It's for my daughter who is using it for uni - it's a nice car and touch wood it's been fine so far! I'd give them 4 stars.

Two family members have already bought cars from Nuneaton Car Sales and were really happy so we paid them a visit and I'm glad we did. We noticed an issue with the car when we first viewed it and they fixed it before handover which was great. Jak who we dealt with is a lovely guy - he left us to inspect the car in our own time and answered any other questions we had. We'll definitely go back there in the future.

The car has been fine, I've had no issues with it. The dealings with the dealership itself, no complaints. Quick responses either via WhatsApp, phone or text. Communication from them was good.

The car is really good, it was a real pleasure to buy from there. I did have to speak to them recently because I haven't received the logbook though. The customer service was fine, but I feel a bit more time should have been taken showing me the features of the car. I'd happily give them 4.5 stars.
