I contacted GC Motors regarding a particular vehicle and dealt with Gary Hornsby-Shawe. GC Motors have a set sales process, designed ,I'm told, to ensure that the customer's requirements are identified and met. Circumvented this process somewhat as we'd identified a particular car. Price negotiation was by phone and was a bit disjointed with numerous calls back and forth. Travelled down by train the evening before and stayed over prior to collecting the car the next day. Took tour or facilities whilst the financials were dealt with. Discovered that GC Motors has a rates deal with a local hotel which would have been nice to be informed of. In conclusion, Gary was professional, polite and attentive throughout and did not apply pressure.

Had cars serviced there 10yrs +. Mick Hart always on top of the job will advise what's what in easy layman's terms and a thoroughly nice guy. A pleasure to pay a fair price for a top service ( no joke intended).

My wife and I went to the garage and met with Neil and Gary. Both guys were very friendly and were very happy for us to sit in and test drive as many cars as we wanted - which we did ! There was no sales pressure, the range of cars of offer was excellent and the prices seem to be competitive.
